7 Things To Know Before You Enter Your 30s

By | Tuesday, September 24, 2019

Let’s face it: having the foresight to make solid, healthy choices is one of the toughest parts of being an adult. Life advice is always easier to take to heart after the fact. When you’re trying to balance making the best decision for your life with trying to figure out what that best decision even is with also trying to enjoy your life in the moment, it’s easy to get stuck.

No matter how put-together your life feels, it’s always good to have a little refresher on what’s important. In our most recent episode of The Lifestyle Fix, Tasha tells us the seven most important things to know before you enter your 30s. A very, very important one: take in all information with a grain of salt, and learn to be critical. Take personal finance, for instance. There is a ton of great advice available, whether you’re turning to blogs, YouTube, books, or podcasts. But keep in mind that everyone is writing from their own unique perspective — what’s right for some single guy living in a small town in Montana may not be the best solution for your growing family in a big city. Learn to absorb only the advice that applies to you, and leave behind what doesn’t. And be sure to head over to the TFD YouTube channel to hear the rest of Tasha’s key things to know before 30!
