At some point or another, we all experience feeling inadequate or incompetent. It’s actually a super common theme in adulthood — feeling like everyone around you must have it all figured out, and you’re just floundering around taking everything as it comes.
But the truth is, having it all figured out isn’t something that just happens — it’s the result of a series of tiny-but-intentional choices you make in regards to how to live your life.
