My Everyday Evening Routine For A Great Day

By | Tuesday, August 20, 2019

When it comes to being more productive or getting the most out of your day, it’s easy to default to thinking the only real option is having an extensive morning routine. Morning people have somewhat unfairly been heralded as more on top of things, as evident by the throng of articles out there with headlines like “how getting up at 4 AM turned me into a millionaire.” But the truth is that it doesn’t matter whether you’re a morning person or not. Society may favor getting up early in a lot of ways, but if you know yourself, your energy levels, and the times of day when you’re really at your best, you can set yourself up in the best way that works for you.

In our most recent episode of The Lifestyle Fix, Tasha walks us through the evening routine that helps make every day better. Tasha does happen to be a morning person, but as she states in the video, her evening routine is just as important for her productivity and happiness during the week. One of the simplest, but most important, parts of her routine? Having a set bedtime, and actually abiding by it. Getting enough sleep is truly the most important thing anyone can do to improve their day-to-day wellness, and when you have to get up at an early hour every day, going to bed on time is critical. Head over to the TFD YouTube channel to hear the rest of Tasha’s nighttime routine tips!
