8 Life Choices I’m Glad I Didn’t Make

By | Thursday, March 01, 2018

One of the most difficult parts of anyone’s personal journey is trying to figure out whether or not you’re making the right choices. There are so many different options for any person at any given time in life, and while it might feel easy to make a decision at one time or another, there is almost always a nagging feeling after when you find yourself wondering if you made the right choice.

A lot of big things happen in the earlier years of everyone’s life — we are faced with things like deciding where to live and who to live with, figuring out whether or not college is the right choice for us (and figuring out which school to attend and what to study if it is), choosing a career path (and subsequently choosing another, and another, because we all know that deciding what we want to be when we grow up is much easier said than done), and more. It is simultaneously enthralling and horrifying to have the entire world at your fingertips. With so many choices and possibilities to pick from, what happens if you choose the “wrong” one?

Making the wrong choice is certainly something that can happen. However, more often than not, the thought process behind all of our decision-making happens for a reason: it’s the right thing. More often than not, the choices we’re making (and not making) are the right ones for us — that’s why we’re making them.

This week over on the TFD YouTube channel, Chelsea decided to go through and list eight big life choices she found herself deciding on early in adulthood and is so glad she didn’t make. If you want to know what life choices Chelsea is glad she didn’t make (and why her decisions were the right ones for her), check it out here:
