Holiday Cookies That Define The “One For You, One For Me” Rule

By | Thursday, December 18, 2014

People with peanut allergies can just go away right now because these cookies are FILLED WITH PEANUT BUTTER, DIPPED IN DARK CHOCOLATE & THEN ROLLED IN SALTED PEANUTS. They are everything ever and pretty much taste like one giant Reese’s peanut butter cup with an extra crunch. I ate these for dinner the night I made them and for breakfast AND lunch the next day. Live big. No regrets around the holiday season, okay.

These cookies are slightly time consuming to make. I doubled the recipe to make an extra large batch so that I would have plenty of leftovers to freeze and take out whenever I was struck by the need for something sweet, which happens often. Whipping out a box filled with these dipped and rolled cookies looks very impressive and would work well as a gift idea for someone special, when trying to stick to a budget. So go forth and bake. You really shouldn’t waste any more time in your precious life without these babies being a part of it.
